The first project completed was for the Slunecni Stran subdivision in Janske Lazne. Other residential projects followed: Apartment houses in Jicin, Villa Homes in Janske Lazne, Villa Rotterdam in Jablonec nad Nisou and family duplexes in Cerveny Kopec in Trutnov. The most recently completed project was the Nad Skalou Apartment Houses in Trutnov, a high-style development representing modern living in an attractive part of town.

The division has other attractive real estate projects in the works, especially in the Hradec Kralove region.
