The construction and main purpose of the annex building is to create another processing area. Part of the new building will be also a non-production premises, such as offices, changing rooms, showers, toilets, technical rooms, storerooms etc. The new building will be single-storey, and two storey in the section of the first two tracts facing the road. The ground floor is mainly a production area and on the first level an area for changing rooms, bathrooms etc. Construction of the building is designed from a columned skeleton of a reinforced concrete system spanned by panels with visible supporting joists. The built- up area of the annex is about 3000 m2.

The company SICO RUBENA s.r.o. makes and supplies components from silicon rubber for applications in industry, ecology and for specialized needs. The construction is co-financed by The European Fund for Regional Development.
