The construction of three three-storey buildings with 58 apartment units was taking place near Vinorsky castle. Most units were designed with front gardens providing a connection of the property with surrounding verdure, on the upper levels there are big terraces with a view of the neighbourhood. At the underground level 40 garage parking spaces were designed and other facilities for the new occupants of the building.
