The construction of a new property in an area of 3500 m2 serves to increase production of the Hennlich company and provides a background for production, research and development of their products. Research and development concentrate especially on products from the area of the enviroment and utilization of renewable resources. The new area connects to the warehouse, part of it is a communication passage that enables fluid dispatching. In the new premises there is a production section where the equipment for dust-free loading of powder materials is manufactured. The new facility includes a research and development centre and also a cafeteria for the employees. Part of the interior is used as a childcare facility for the children of mothers who are working in the company.

The history of the Hennlich European Group dates back to the year 1922 when in the North Bohemian town of Duchcov, Hermann Hennlich established the company specializing in supplying industry and mines. Since 1945 the company has been based in the Austrian town of Schärding. After 1989 the company increased its activities in other countries in middle and eastern Europe. With more than 400 employees, the company operates not only in the Czech Republic but also in 12 other countries in middle and eastern Europe.
