By this December, almost 80 new apartments will be built in Vrchlabí. The project of revitalization of the former brewery compound, which was implemented by the ORCO company in 2007-2009, was finally resumed after two years. The private investor, the company ONSET a.s., initiated the reconstruction of the former brewery and construction of a new apartment block in one of the most popular locations in the center of Vrchlabí in recent days. The six-storey house with a charming sight of the Great Mountains panorama will offer housing for 78 families. The strategic location (only 15 km from the popular ski center in Špindlerův Mlýn) makes this place perfect also for people interested in week-end apartments, who want to be really close to the ski and tourist paradise.
