Extensive reconstruction of the former site of the Hradec Kralove brewery, giving birth to an administrative center for regional government offices and other institutions. The building serves as a place of work for more than 400 governmental workers. An underground garage makes 480 parking spaces available for residents and visitors to the city. The construction project received the "Structure of the Year 2008" award.
