On the location of a former brickworks in Boskovice a new Tesco hypermarket has been undergoing construction. Upon opening the hypermarket will create 100 new job positions. TESCO ranks among the leading retailers in the Czech market. In the whole Czech Republic region Tesco operates four types of stores - hypermarkets, supermarkets, petrol stations and shopping centres. Last year the BAK company built two hypermarkets-- TESCO and the placement of a hypermarket "MY" in the commercial community centre Forum Liberec.
