BAK started construction of an apartment building for the major developer - the company CENTRAL GROUP at the modern residental park Nove Letnany. The apartment building F contains 76 apartment units. The modern apartment complex in Nove Letnany is close to a metro station and to the biggest commercial community centre in the Czech Republic. Part of the residential complex will be an extensive central park with a playground for children. The Letnany shopping centre provides enough space for shopping and entertainment. Besides shops, cinemas and restaurants it offers also a gym, sport centre, aquacentre and winter stadium. Nearby to this new area is a bus stop where several bus lines provide transport to the metro C Letnany station up to five minutes away. Letnany has all civic amenities. Close to this area is an extensive, multi-acre forest park Letnany with paths for pedestrians, cyclists, roller-bladers and cross country skiers.
