Phase I of the project included seven three- and four-story villas with 221 apartment units. Apartment layouts range from single-room plus kitchenette to four-room plus kitchenette. Recessed upper floors mean most apartments have balconies or spacious terraces. Apartments located on the ground floor have front gardens. There are 133 spaces in the underground parking garage, with an additional 88 spaces located outdoors. The project was constructed in such a way as to unite man and nature, while maintaining excellent traffic connections to the city.
