Project Neoriviera, phase F, consists in eleven new residential and one administrative building in Prague 12 – Modřany, Komořanská street. Residence complex Modřanka will offer a total of 292 new apartments in all phases. The scope of first phase is the construction of buildings B and C, five and eight storey buildings with parking lots in underground parking that connects all the buildings. Inner part of the building is divided by the balconies and creates a cascade; outer part facades differ in its colour only. There will be sunroof terraces on five storey buildings and huge use of gabions for walls in the complex that will set height of each building.
