The Residences nad Rokytkou is part of the residential project Nad Rokytkou situated in the new residential district along the river of Rokytka in Vysocany. In 2009 we completed the second phase of this project the Nad Rokytkou Court. The third phase involves five buildings with six floors in the swiftly moving development, which will contain a total of 200 1+kk apartments in the sizes of 30 m2 and up to 4+kk apartments measuring over 100 m2. Each apartment has its own terrace, on the ground floor the apartments have its own garden.
