Organizational Structure
The company is organized in keeping with the Anglo-Saxon model, in which the Board of Directors oversees its functioning and approves company strategies. Company management consists of the General Manager and unit managers.
Company headquarters is located in Trutnov and is home to the sales, accounting, technology and support/back-office departments.
Building Construction Division and the Primary Construction Products Division
General contracting for earthworks and construction products fall under the Building Construction Division and the Primary Construction Products Division.
Water Management Construction Division
General contracting and production for water management construction and earthworks fall under the Water Management Construction Division.
